A Memorandum of Understanding with many international organizations for technical cooperation in all spheres of highway construction. IRC has signed MoU with World Road Association (PIARC), Transport Research Laboratory (TRL), Japan Road Association (JRA), American Association of State Highways and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) and Australian Road Association (ARA).
